Navigate to Myndbend's management app by clicking the circular icon in the left nav bar, followed by the Administration Login button on the next screen.
You'll then arrive at the Myndbend Process Manager Admin page. Your first step will be to enter in your API credentials on the "API Access" tab.
The API token can be found in Zendesk settings. Here's how to Generate API Token
Next, click on the Settings Tab to manage the approval links. By default, links in emails require authentication. Meaning, an approver user that clicks the link from their email will be required to login. When clicked, the user will be asked to authorize access to their Zendesk account and then will proceed to the approval page where they can approve, deny, or comment. Unauthenticated links, do not require login.
In the app next to the ticket, please add the approver. This will send the approval email to the approver.
When an approver is added, the user will receive an email with the links to approve, deny, or request more info. When clicked, they will be asked to authorize Myndbend and then will be brought to a page to complete the approval process.
Upon login, the landing page will show to the user
Once approved, comments will be written to the ticket with the approvers name. See the screenshot below.
