Our latest update, Version 2.1, includes these helpful new tools:
Using Tags: Now you can add tags to ticket and child ticket templates
Changing Status: Ticket templates and child ticket forms can now display a status of “On Hold” (this feature can be enabled in the App Settings, once it's an available Status field option)
Searching for Approvers: We’ve made it easy for you to look up approvers for a ticket using a search tool
Partial Approvals: You can now set MCM to allow tickets to be solved even if they are not fully approved. No need to wait until all designated approvers have responded -- when the feature is enabled in Settings, partially-approved tickets are tagged 'partially_approved' and their status can be changed to Solved. (If the rest of the designated approvers give the go ahead before a ticket is solved, the 'partially_approved' tag is replaced with an 'approved' tag.)
Viewing Partially-Approved Tickets: A new view has been added for partially-approved tickets that aren’t 'solved' or 'closed'. (The Partial Approvals feature must be enabled in Settings first for this to work.)
Hiding View Creation Links: Administrators can now hide links to Views creation to avoid duplication of them.
Automatically Adding Approvers: Premium Plan subscribers can now set MCM to automatically add approvers
Copying Others: You can now disable automatic CC notifications to all approvers in Settings. Note: If this is disabled, you’ll need to manually add people to the CC field on the ticket or contact them outside of Zendesk to request their approval.
Approved/Denied Message: We’ve added an approved/denied message that displays within MCM and when approvers view tickets
Using Placeholders in Child Ticket Subject Lines: We already make it easy to automatically add data from a ticket into a ticket-creation template. Now you can do this in the subject line of Child Tickets, to further automate ticket creation.
Bug Fixes in V 2.1:
- Disabled repeating of adding of approvers if they already added and were not removed
- Fixed child ticket ID in reminder
- Enabled grouping of multiple approvers into single ticket update. Solved problem of multiple notifications while adding of approvers
